What we process

We process the file or text you submit only to provide the requested cleanup or rewrite. We do not retain uploaded file contents, source text, or downloaded results.

Retention

For account holders, we retain minimal operational records—filename, size, requested action, timestamp, and cleanup report—for 30 days, then delete them automatically. We do not store source text in those records.

Accounts and payments

We store account details needed for authentication and subscription status. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments; claudewatermarkremover does not receive or store payment-card details.

Rewrites

When you request a rewrite, the selected model provider processes the submitted text to create a new draft. Do not submit content you are not authorized to send to that provider.
